Friday gym

Warmup:
3 minute ruin and stretching and foam rolling

Main session:
3*10 pull ups
3*10 push ups (55cm Swiss ball)
3*10 sit ups (10kg medicine ball on chest)
3*10 lunges (30kg)
3*10 lateral lunges (30kg)
3*5 squats (80kg)
3*10 bench press (50kg)

Foam rolling to warm down

Also have done 3 miles cycling every day this week so far
