Yoga today

Went to Yoga after missing it for 3 weeks due to Staff conference, illness and then leave.

Was good to get back to it, apparently they had been concentrating on hips for the past three weeks and were doing it again this week, which may have explained why I found it a little more difficult than usual.

Some good new poses this week. Overall a pretty good session and made my muscles feel a little looser than they had been after yesterday's track session.
