Sunday Run and the coming week

Didn't want to go the whole weekend without doing anything, as I've not been doing so much this last two weeks.
Went for a 2.2 mile run. Didn't time it as my watch ran out of batteries, but Anna said she thought I was gone for around 15 minutes. EDIT: Forgot to mention that I was wearing my wrist weights for my run. Gonna get back into wearing them and will try them at track for the first time this week I think.

Onto a new week.
3 miles cycling per day
Monday: Maybe indoors
Tuesday: Gym (GB Routine)
Wednesday: Track
Thursday: Yoga
Friday: Gym (Classic routine)
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Mixed Winter League
