Wednesday Track

Kapow track regime changing up again.

Sprinting 300m is hard enough but when the last 100m is into a really strong headwind it just makes it that much harder.

Warm up:

400m jog and full stretching session

Main session:

3 * 300m sprint with 5 minute rest

Warm down:

400m jog and full stretching


This was the toughest track session yet in my opinion, at least in terms of the single reps, and it only gets tougher next week!

Was out of the office today (Thursday) so no Yoga for a second week, but I was cycling round London after attending a training course today so I racked up 10 miles cycling. 4 miles more than my usual daily amount.

Gym tomorrow and training Saturday morning.
