Whilst missing a fairly sizeable contingent of Ka-Pow! players to ECBU2013 meant that the training wasn't going to be well attended, it was still a valuable training on Saturday.
The focuses were on a specific cutting pattern we use in our offense, off the sideline work, one on one endzone play and breaking the mark.
Weather was nice and was good to get out, but I'm looking forward to getting a bigger cohort to our full weekend training next week, prior to Tour 3 in two weekends time.
