3 mile cycling today to finish the work week.
Got Kapow training tomorrow.
Will try and do a bit more next week so I'm not out of shape before nationals, but won't do too much as I want to be fresh. Week should look like this.
Monday: 3 miles cycling
Tuesday: 8 miles cycling and Kapow training
Wednesday: Day off
Thursday: 3 miles cycling and Yoga
Friday: 3 miles cycling
In other news, Kapow has an infant website in development. Not much there at the moment, but keep an eye on it for hilarious bios, pictures and other fun stuff.
