Tuesday Kapow Training

Had a day off on Monday, was nice to relax after Tour 3. I didn't ache in any of my muscles, but I did get kicked on my left knee following a cutter on defense so it was good to rest that a little.

Last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I did 3 miles cycling (on top of Yoga on Thursday).
Tuesday I cycled 8.5 miles and had Kapow training.
We started with a lot of throwing, then moved on to reading high discs. We then played a bit of hot box until a sixth player turned up and we played some mini. Was a good run around to shake the muscles out after a successful Tour 3 and everyone there still had a smile on their faces from the weekend.
