Wednesday and Thursday


Wednesday: 3 miles cycling
Thursday: 3 miles cycling and Yoga at lunch.
Yoga today was taken by a different instructor to usual. She wasn’t as good as the normal instructor in terms of explanation of the poses or leading you through the session but some of the poses she did that the usual instructor doesn’t were tougher than the usual poses.
Overall, not a bad session.
