Tuesday fitness

There's nothing like building up a sweat in your girlfriends parent's garage on a hot summer night, having a cold shower and then having village butcher's burgers for dinner.

2 km rowing
3 * 10 press ups
3 * 20 sit ups
10 minutes cross trainer
3 * 10 press ups
3 * 10 sit ups
