First workout of the year

Start as you mean to go on:

0.5 mile jog + stretching to warmup

1 mile run

and I found a chin up bar!!! :-)

3 * 10 pull ups
3 * 5 Hanging sit ups (on a bar - info)

1 mile run

0.5 mile jog + muscle rolling to warm down
