3 miles cycling and gym at lunch.

5 minute run warmup
3 * 10 bench press (45kg)
3 * 5 squats (70kg)
3 * 10 lunges (20kg)
3 * 10 pull ups
3 * 10 press ups
3 * 10 sit ups
2 minute run warmdown
