Sunday Core

Too much good sport on the tv today so I decided I didn't want to leave the flat and would just do some core work inside.
Did the following set 4 times:
30 seconds elbow plank
30 seconds side plank (both sides)
30 seconds straight arm plank
10 press ups
10 sit ups
10 supermans
10 thoracic spine mobilizers on each side(info here)
10 squats
10 one legged squats on each side

Could feel it working which is good.
