Tuesday workout

4 miles cycling today to/from work then when I got home I did the following workout:


0.4 mile warmup run
3 * 40 lateral pull downs on the outdoor gym equipment (10 supinated wide, 10 supinated narrow, 10 pronated wide, 10 pronated narrow)
1 mile run
Plyos: 3 sets of the following
10 two footed jumps up and down a curb
10 one footed jumps up and down a curb on each leg
10 Drop jumps (See here under drop jumping)


Three days in a row with some sort of core element to my workout. Abs feeling good/tired!
