Yoga (First Timer)

To add to the gym yesterday I also did 3 miles cycling and to add to Yoga today I am doing 3 miles cycling as well.

So...Yoga....
I actually quite enjoyed it. I was sceptical at first, and I don't think I really got the "relaxation" part at the end. I didn't feel the relaxation travelling through my toes, up my feet, up my legs etc. but it was a nice excuse for what was pretty much a 10 minute lie down in the middle of the day.
The main part of the session was really good though. Really felt it working through my abs and legs. Didn't build up a sweat, but could feel muscles working in most of the positions. Will try to go every Thursday from now on (seeing as it's in the Basement of my work building).
