Monday Gym

Nice little workout today with a focus on upper body
Warmup with a 3 mile cycle (as I won't be cycling to/from the station in this awful weather)
Then did the following set 3 times:
10 * pull ups
10 * press ups
10 * shoulder press (80kg)
Finished with a 3 minute run to warm down.

Then had a great post fitness lunch of left over frittata from last night!
Delicious!
