Tuesday training

6 miles cycling on Tuesday and Kapow training.
Started with some throwing and a warmup.
Then moved on to a sideline offense drill. Thought this went well and am hopeful for using this successfully at the weekend.
Then did a hucking/fitness drill. A shuttle of about 3 metres with 3 press ups in between and then a huck with a force to 6 cutters running deep.
After this we worked on our endzone offense. When it clicked it was working really well, but we had varied success whilst practicing it. Got to get it firing all the time this weekend.
Warmed down and then went home.
