Tuesday Gym

5 minute run and stretch to warm up
3 * 10 pull ups
3 * 10 press ups
3 * 20 sit ups
3 * 10 bench press (52.5kg)
3 * 10 bench press (60kg)
3 * 5 squats (82.5kg)
3 * 10 lunges (25kg)
Stretching to warm down

(3 miles cycling today and yesterday as well)

Track tomorrow, yoga thursday and gym friday. Weekend off then the same next week with flag football on Saturday!
Looking forward to the flag football and really into the NFL season this year, even if my fantasy teams aren't doing too well.
