Hit the gym today at lunch and had a good session as work was not as busy as the rest of the week:
4 minute row to warm up
3 * 10 pull ups
3 * 10 press ups
3 * 20 sit ups
3 * 10 Bench press (50kg)
3 * 5 squat (80kg)
3 * 10 standing upright barbell row (30kg) *new*
3 * 10 lunges (30kg)
3 * 10 Captain's chair hanging leg raises (bent legs) (Info)
Foam rolling to stretch
