Tuesday Kapow training

Finished Monday off with 3 miles cycling.
Tuesday: 8 Miles cycling and Kapow midweek training.

Started off with some throwing followed by a warmup.
Then did some work on forcing and breaking the mark which is obviously, pretty important to both our offense and defense. We were working on the forcing principles that I and the rest of the GB Under 23 squad had learned from the first UK Elite Skills clinic, from top US players a couple of years ago.
We put this in to practice first in a 3 man break drill and then a break mark drill throwing to players cutting under.
We then played mini (3 v 3) for about an hour, focussing on breaking the mark quickly with only a stall count of 4, but to focus on a hard force on defense. Was pretty happy with the way I played, including a couple of layout scores and one layout D off the first pass in one point.
