Wednesday Gym

Going to the gym over lunch is a nice way to break up the day!

2 minute row to warm up

3 * 10 pull ups
3 * 10 push ups
3 * 20 sit ups
3 * 10 push ups with feet on 55cm swiss ball
3 * 10 lunges (30kg)
3 * 10 bench press (50kg)
3 * 5 squats (80kg)

foam rolling to stretch

Weight: 12stone 4
