Thursday Yoga

Yoga instructor decided to break out the big boy exercises today. Focussed on balance and muscle strengthening the session included:
Tree Position
Wall sits
A position which I can't find the name of but which was essentially doing straight arm plank with my legs about 1.5m up the wall.

Was good and definitely felt it working this week.
Finished up with the customary 10 minute nap!
